I would like to ask global community a question since the coronavirus contagion has impact on the whole world.
«Is there any instruction, that makes it obligatory to conduct disinfection of the whole town from above along with the public transport using chlorine solution twice a day?
This is exactly what is happening right now in our Kazakhstan in 2 cities Almaty and Nur-Sultan. Some cases of the deaths of birds in Almaty have already been observed. City parks, streets, benches, trash bins are all being disinfected two times a day.
After all, the spring has already started blossoming, so what will happen with all of this? Furthermore, taking into account that it’s being rained and these disinfectants enters the soil, so what will be with the water that we drink because of the soil saturated by those disinfectants? Moreover, due to the fact that right now according to the information of the Supreme Power the new clean water is arriving.
You can consider me expressing thoughts of the both cities and I would like to receive answer from the relevant organizations».
